Booking Process

Our role: newflightbookingnow is an independent flight-booking service. New bookings only.
1. Prepare before you call
Gather the basics of your trip: departure and arrival cities, preferred dates, whether you need a one-way or round-trip flight, how many people are traveling, and any preferences such as cabin or date flexibility. Having these ready makes the conversation faster and more useful.
2. Discuss your travel needs
When you call, you'll talk through your trip and what matters most to you — timing, routing, connections, or flexibility. Share only what's needed to explore options for your new booking.
3. Review the itinerary
Before anything is booked, review the proposed itinerary carefully: dates, times, airports, connections, and traveler names as they should appear on the booking.
4. Review applicable charges and terms
You should be told about all applicable charges and the terms that apply — including any travel-provider rules and our service-fee policy — before you decide whether to proceed. Service-fee policy: [SERVICE FEE POLICY]
5. Understand confirmation
A phone call by itself does not create a booking. Make sure you understand how and when a booking is confirmed, and what confirmation you will receive, before you agree to proceed. You are free to decide not to book.
